The following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Zuneta.com ("Company" and "Vendor") site ("Site") and services provided by the Company. Please read the rules contained in this Agreement. You can access this agreement at various points throughout the Site. Your use of the Site will constitute your agreement to comply with the rules stated here in. If you cannot agree with these rules, please do not continue using the Site, and contact us for further information or to discuss your query. Zuneta and Zuneta's contractors ("Service Provider") (jointly referred to as "We") expressly reserves the right to revise the rules contained in this Agreement.
General
Please read the rules contained in this Agreement. Your purchase from us will constitute your agreement to comply with the rules stated here in. Zuneta and Zuneta's contractors ("Service Provider") (jointly referred to as "We") expressly reserves the right to revise the rules contained in this Agreement.
From time to time, we may make updates to these terms and the most recent version will always be displayed on the website. Your continued use of the site after changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age, or if younger only with the permission of your parent or guardian, and accept delivery within our served areas. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. The decision to accept an offer to purchase rests strictly with Zuneta Limited.
As you use the site, we may collect information about you, some of which may be personal; due to this we have a strict privacy policy to protect your information. You can view our privacy policy and how we protect your data by clicking here.
Entire Agreement
All services provided to you by Zuneta are subject to these terms together with any previous written or verbal representations given or made by Zuneta or any representatives of Zuneta.
The use of this site and any purchase from us is limited to parties that who can lawfully enter into this agreement and can form contracts on the site under English Law.
Bound by Consumer Law
We agree to meet the obligations set out under UK consumer protection laws currently in force including:
- the Consumer Protection Act. 1987;
- the supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
- the Consumer Credit Act 1974;
- the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000;
- the Sale of Goods Act 1979;
- the Trade Descriptions Act 1968;
- the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 and the 1994 Regulations.
Description of Goods
Some of the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not always practical or possible to publish detailed specifications of all the products. Most product descriptions are provided to us by the manufacturer, and we accept no responsibility for such descriptions. Information written by Zuneta Limited about the products we sell are there to help you make the right purchase decision, however this information is provided for guidance only and does not constitute an official description of the item on sale and does not form part of this agreement. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's themselves.
Delivery
Zuneta always endeavours to adhere to delivery estimates but these are always estimates. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods and time is not of the essence. For orders being delivered outside of the UK, please be advised that delays may occur due to customs clearance as well as unforeseen events within the supply chain or socio-political factors; these delays are not within our control whatsoever and while we endeavour to assist with the delivery of your item we will not be held liable for delays due to such factors.
Most items sent by Zuneta need to be signed for, and as such, you, or a nominated person must be available to sign for it. We may permit you to send the item to an address other than the card holders to facilitate this. If delivery is attempted, but no one was available to sign for it, we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent delivery attempts.
If ordering outside of the UK, you confirm that the product you are ordering is permitted to be used within the destination country or territory and that Zuneta Limited will not be held liable for any losses or events arising from its import or use. You also agree to pay all duty and customs clearance charges directly to our courier should there be a fee.
Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door, or to a nominated person, you will be responsible for them. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
Notification of Claims due to Delivery Errors
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 10 days from delivery.
Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be delighted when you shop with us. However, occasionally, we know that you may want to return items. For information on this process please see our returns policy below.
The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations stipulate that as a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. However, we allow you 21 days in which to cancel your contract. This applies to all of our products. In this case, you are responsible for the safe return of the product to us, including the cost of doing so. We may be able to arrange this on your behalf for a fee which will be advised at the time of booking such a service.
If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return your products to Zuneta we will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation. The goods must be unused and 'as new' in their original box and packaging. The item must not have been opened or used in any way and all tamper seals and wrapping must be intact. You must notify us within 21 days from date of delivery that you wish to return the item(s) and it will be your responsibility to return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. Any items returned to us for a refund under this clause which do not satisfy the conditions above will be returned back to you, at your cost. Please note that we are unable to refund for any extra services such as expedited delivery or gift wrap.
Should an item have been used but is not right for you, you are advised to contact the manufacturer for assistance, this is especially true in the case of adverse reactions to any of the products bought from us.
Other
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
Zuneta Samples
A maximum of 1 sample of each product and 3 samples in total can be ordered. If you order more than 3, we will include the first 3 samples on your invoice. The purpose of our samples is to give you an opportunity to try a product to see how it sits on your skin or to see if the shade is the right match. We need to make sure there are plenty to go round! Samples ordered without placing an actual order will be subject to shipping charges.

We want to give you the opportunity to try new things! Most weeks, we offer some kind or special promotion, whether it's a Gift With Purchase, sampling campaign or special offer. Our Gift With Purchases are very popular and we allocate products on a first come- first served basis. We regret that we can only offer one gift per customer.
