A soft, water-based formula ensures tender application. We also added Borosilicates - minute particles of artificial quartz that fill the formula with an incredible shine and shed a coquettish lustre onto the lines. The Eyeliner allows for high coverage, dries quickly, is super long-wearing and has excellent skin compatibility. An elegant brush means you can apply both fine thin lines and passionate wide lines. You can use the Eyeliner alone or over your favourite eye pencils or eye shadow.
This liquid liner once dried will not budge, smear or smudge; guaranteed all daywear.

'Tiger Eye Essence Having tried and failed in many attempts with liquid liners in the past (applicator too hard/soft/ thick/thin... consistency of liner too thin/thick/dry/wet etc), I found this really easy to use - you have to shake the bottle to mix the product, and you get a great intense colour, which dries not too quick and not too slow. Once dry it stays put, and manages not to crack and deposit shimmer all down the face.
