Even more than the breath-takingly fabulous clothes, we loved the beauty look at Chanel. Inspired by the under-the-sea theme, makeup was fresh, with dewy highlighted skin and slicked back hair that made the models look like mythical couture creatures emerging from the water.
A thick line of black liquid liner was paired with shimmery peach and cream shadows, whilst lips were coated in a sheer pink gloss.
A low side part and plenty of mousse created an androgynous edge from the front,
whilst at the back, it was all delicate femininity, with pearls adorning a rough chignon that traveled all the way down the spine.
